Postpartum Support (For Birth and Prenatal clients Only)

• $30 per hour by day from the hours of 7am to 7pm
• $35 per hour by night from the hours of 7pm to 7am

In-Person Postpartum Include

• 3 hours min a day
• (Debrief Postpartum Session) is me creating a safe non judgmental space for the Birthing Parent to share their birthing story.
• Breastfeeding support
• Help with the emotional and physical recovery after birth
• Light housekeeping so that mom does not feel so overwhelmed 
• Running errands 
• Assistance with newborn care such as diapering, bathing, feeding and comforting 
• Light meal preparation 
• Postpartum Nutrition Guide
